PrimeLife is the online clinic owned and run by the same pharmacists and pharmacy behind Wellness Pharmacy in Old St Mellons. It lets patients from all over the UK access specialist-led weight loss and testosterone replacement therapy through secure video consultations.
You get the same clinical team and the same standards as our Cardiff pharmacy, without needing to travel. Medicines are dispensed by Wellness Pharmacy, a GPhC-registered pharmacy.
Prefer to be seen in person? Patients near Cardiff can still book weight loss and TRT at Wellness Pharmacy.

Many people struggle to get timely, specialist support for their weight or hormone health, and not everyone lives near a clinic that offers it.
PrimeLife brings the clinical care we provide in Cardiff to patients across the UK. Every patient has a video consultation with a qualified clinician, and treatment is only prescribed where it is clinically justified.

Answer a structured health questionnaire on the PrimeLife website. No account or payment is needed at this stage.

Video consultation
Have a secure video consultation with a qualified clinician, who checks your identity and reviews your health before any treatment.

Clinical decision
The clinician agrees a diagnosis and treatment plan with you. Medicine is only prescribed when it is clinically justified.

Treatment and monitoring
Approved medicines are dispensed by Wellness Pharmacy and delivered to you, with regular reviews to keep treatment safe and effective.
Online or in person: your choice
If you live near Cardiff, you can see us face-to-face at Wellness Pharmacy in Old St Mellons.
If you live further away, or prefer the convenience of video, PrimeLife gives you the same team and clinical standards from home.
